    You used the wrong side of the lulu mat. The rubber side is for low-medium intensity. If your for high or hot were you swear, you use the soft absorbent side.

    I have been back to practicing almost a year now. It took me 9 months to get off my knees for chataranga. I have been struggling with make these 4 flow and I appreciated your insights. I will watch this a few more times and use a mirror for practice when needed

      Good question! I did an Alo mat review also (ruclips.net/video/_RlM6Eg24J0/видео.htmlsi=-o45QFH9H-YEjHi5) and Alo seems to have better grip with wet hands. Regarding durability I think they’re the same.

    Noticed that after practicing constantly, the mind gets more into meditative state. No other style makes it deep like this. Also deeply feeling inner structures that is involved in bandhas, so its not only outer muscles working, but also inner. Also there is freedom from choosing. This is liberating feeling in practice 😊

      It depends! Most people find it difficult to find the motivation to practice at home. Try it out and see if it works for you. After 15 years of practicing yoga I still love going to a yoga studio :-)
